MASTER ROSTER REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES
The Master Roster is the official list of all staff and players registered to your team and serves as the official identification document for all participants.
Both teams must provide three (3) printed copies of their official Master Roster to the following parties at least 15 minutes prior to kickoff:
- The Match Official(s): One copy for the referee to track goals, cards, and substitutions.
- The Opposing Team: One copy for the opponent's records and eligibility verification.
- The Home Team: One copy for your records and eligibility verification.
The Master Roster may feature a maximum of 22 active players. Inactive players on the Master Roster should be crossed out (Example: Bobby Baker).
— Referee Validation: Match officials are required to sign the Master Roster sheet provided by each team. This signature validates that the roster was presented and players/staff checked-in.
— Final Verification: At the conclusion of the match, a team official from each team should verify the recorded score and cards with the referee before leaving the facility.
